I'm a pre-dental student pursuing Biomedical Sciences with a focus on thoughtful patient care and prevention.

Balancing academics with athletics taught me how to manage demanding schedules and stay adaptable. That discipline now fuels my approach to coursework, clinical observation, and mentorship.

Why Dentistry

I've wanted to be a dentist for as long as I can remember, since kindergarten.

What started as childhood fascination has grown into a deep commitment to the profession. Through shadowing experiences at multiple practices, I've confirmed what I always knew: dentistry is where I belong.

I'm drawn to the trust patients place in their dentist, the hands-on nature of the work, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on people's confidence and health.

Evolving Clinical Interests

Early on, I was curious about dental surgery and the technical precision it requires. However, as I gained more clinical exposure, I found myself increasingly drawn to specialties that emphasize ongoing relationships and preventive care.

Orthodontics Pediatric Dentistry

I love the idea of guiding long-term patient journeys in orthodontics, watching transformations unfold over months and years. Pediatric dentistry appeals to me for its emphasis on prevention, education, and the unique opportunity to shape positive dental experiences from a young age.

Athletics & Leadership

Discipline, time management, and resilience. Skills that translate directly to healthcare.

Competing at the collegiate level taught me invaluable lessons that I carry into my pre-dental journey. Balancing rigorous training schedules with academics required focus and dedication.
